では、どうすれば降ってきたものを生み出すことができるのか。
それは「心が息苦しくなっていない」環境であること。
世の中の多くの人はまさに、「心の呼吸器」をなにかしらの他者の環境に外されている状態だ。
呼吸器を外されている余裕のない、それどころではない状態では、本質的なことに気づけることはない。
息をするとは、生きるということ。
息苦しいとは、生き苦しいということ。
代表的なものは、
言いたいことが言えない学校や職場。
やりたいことが出来ない生活環境。
身体で息をするだけでは足りない。
心でも息をすることが大切。
心で息が出来ている快適な状態は、
「自分が心から言いたいことが言える環境である。」
「自分が心からやりたいことが出来る環境である。」
この２つが満たされている状態の時に、自然とより良いものが「降ってくる」。

25年という歳月を経て、よく考えてみたら消費税は３倍以上になっているのだ。
それなのに、現在文句を言う国民はいない。
むしろ、「10%は計算しやすくなったね」っなんて言っているくらいだ。
もし、「今日から消費税を３倍にします！」と政府が急に言ってきたら、国民は必死に目くじらたてて抗議するに決まってるのにだ。
まさに、「煮えガエル作戦」だ。
煮えガエル作戦とは、最初は普通の水の温度の鍋にカエルを入れる。
もちろん、快適な温度なので、飛び出さない。
それを徐々に時間をかけてゆっくりと温度を１度ずつ上げていく。
そうするとカエルは、致死量の温度になっていても、飛び出さずにそのまま煮え死んでしまうのだ。
最初から致死量の温度にカエルを入れたら、もちろん命の危険を本能で感じて、即座に飛び出す。
少しずつ長い時間をかけて上げていかれるから、感覚が麻痺してしまう。
「長い年月をかける」ということは、それだけとてもリスクだということだ。
この世の大勢の人間もそんなリスクを平気で犯す。

「致死量なプラン」に思考停止で乗せられてしまっているのだ。
「みんなやってるからいいだろう」ほど危険なものはない。

嫌だと思うということは、もう一人の自分が「今やってることは、自分に向いてないぞ！」と警鐘をならす拒絶反応を起こしているなによりの証拠だ。
その仕事を辞めたことで、自分に本当に向いてるものを見つけることが出来て、
より良い選択肢を選べるようになり、人生が劇的に変わっていった。

そんな赤の他人に自分の大事なものを任せてるうちは、本当の幸せを手に入れられることはない。
